Managing a substantial residential property portfolio, our clients are now looking to recruit a Property Maintenance Administrator to work as part of an established team in the Newcastle office.
This fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:
•Coordinating repairs and regular maintenance work to the managed portfolio
•Instructing independent contractors for work to be carried out
•Managing scheduled works, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
•Assisting with preparing and issuing the Tender process for contracted works
•Recording all activity and scheduled works onto the in-house system
•Tenant liaison, ensuring high levels of customer service
The Person
Ideally you will have experience of working in Maintenance Management or Property Management. You must have:
•A good understanding of Property and Maintenance Management
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
•A desire to learn and succeed in this busy environment
•A keen eye for detail and be able to be calm under pressure
•Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team
•Able to work to deadlines
The Reward
•GBP16,500pa to GBP17,500pa depending on experience plus monthly performance related bonus scheme
•Monday to Friday
