Our client, a well-known and well-regarded property asset management company, is seeking an enthusiastic candidate for the position of Property Administrator.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Providing full administrative and compliance support to the Estate Managers
- Liaison /communication with clients, building staff and tenants
- Deal with tenant queries via telephone, email and letter
- Ensure all maintenance outstanding work is completed
- Arrange for external contractors to attend site to carry out works / inspections
- Ensure all defects are picked up and dealt with on the building inspections reports
- Arrange and attend residents and client meetings
- Deal with all aspects of a service charge budget
- Manage costs and maintain purchase order system
- Ensure ISO procedures are followed
- Deal with all web portal postings
- Ensure all client reports are completed and sent out on time
Required Candidate Skills:
- Resilient and lots of energy
- Very good working knowledge of MS Office applications
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP21,000
Location: Ardwick Green, Manchester
Hours: 8.30 - 5pm Lunch: 1 hour
Additional Information: Holidays: 20 + Bank Holidays
