Job Purpose Summary:
Marlowe is an AIM-listed company formed to create sustainable shareholder value through the acquisition and development of businesses in the outsourced business service sector with a focus on those that provide critical asset testing, inspection & maintenance services in the UK. We are currently focused on fire protection, security systems, water treatment and air quality services - which are essential to our Customers' operations
Marlowe Critical Services are currently looking for a HR Consultant to manage a 3 month harmonisation project within their Fire & Security Division. Supporting the Group HRD and other HR BPs in providing responsive, high quality specialist advice and supporting managers on all aspects of the consultation process.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
* To lead, drive and support from a HR Perspective the a smooth delivery of a Engineering harmonisation process.
* Arrange and hold consultation meetings and respond to any HR queries.
* Write consultation Letters, Minutes and Outcome Letters.
* Work with the Directors and Managers in a collaborative way ensuring that legislation, policy and best practice are applied fairly and consistently throughout the project.
* Preparation and issue of Contracts of Employment and ensure these are signed and returned from employees.
* Keep professional knowledge and expertise up-to-date.
* Report to the Group HR Director with regular updates.

* High attention to detail
* Professional in approach
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise workload on a daily basis and work to strict deadlines
