Consultants at every level have the opportunity to earn in two ways. Not only will you receive commission for building your own client base, we also have our very own team bonus scheme - which is quite unusual within recruitment - which rewards you for contributing to your teams success. This means that you can start earning a bonus whilst building your own desk.
If you're new to recruitment, and you've never worked in a sales role before, then realistically it will take you a few months to learn and hone your new techniques so as an average first year you will see your on target earnings at around GBP30k. However this will grow exponentially year on year and you could expect to be on target to earn at least double that by year three.
We currently have exciting opportunities for people to join Huntress as an Associate Recruitment Consultant, working on our Office Support, A&F or IT teams.
