Due to continuous growth we have a fantastic opportunity for a Principal Resource Specialist to join our William Hill account.
The Role:
The role of the Principal Resource Specialist is to develop and deliver end to end recruitment services in line with agreed service levels. This is a fantastic platform to become a trusted advisor within an international organisation. Working closely with the business you will work shoulder to shoulder with your senior stakeholders and will advise and support them in delivering their business outcomes through the provision of sound resourcing solutions and advice.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing, sourcing, and candidate management throughout the process to start date
- Building and maintaining hiring manager relationships and responsible for client satisfaction within your own business area
- Provide timely and quality feedback on the long / short lists supplied by the sourcing team, and quality check before submission to the hiring manager
- Support the hiring manager with deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determining an appropriate offer. Close the candidate: broker the offer with the chosen candidate, manage objections & support the candidate during their notice period
Position Requirements
What we need from You:
- Passionate about candidate and client experience while displaying exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Consultative approach, you can demonstrate where you have been a trusted adviser to your client, with the desire to be involved in shaping the recruitment strategy and adding value to your stakeholders
- Demonstrable recruitment experience ideally within an in-house, RPO or MSP capacity however those with an agency background will also be considered
