Premier Work Support are looking to recruit for numerous Catering Assistant for a client based in Cranleigh operating an exciting outward bound centre.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the rural location of this role you must have your own transport as public transport is difficult to this location.
Key duties of this role includes working as part of team serving meals, washing up, mopping floors, cleaning dishes, operating dishwasher and general cleaning of the food service area and dining room.
You will also be required to clean areas such as offices, meeting rooms and accommodation blocks whilst visitors are in residence.
Customer service is a key aspect of this role with responding to customer queries in a polite and helpful manner on site. We are looking for candidates with a range of cleaning and catering skills able to work in a fast paced environment.
Our client offers great ad hoc hours Monday to Friday (Mornings) 07:30-13:30 and (Evenings) 16.30-19.30 and 17.30-19.30 as well as occasional weekend work. If you are looking for extra part time hours, this is the perfect position for you! This is an ongoing opportunity for the right person.
The hourly rate is GBP8.21 per hour. Enhanced overtime rates are payable for weekend working. After 13 weeks, with no break of more than 6 weeks, the hourly rate increases to GBP9.20/hr.
A DBS check is preferred when working with children and vulnerable adults.
Agency staff are expected to be dressed appropriately with clean clothes and sensible shoes.
