Job DescriptionHere at Link Asset Services we are transforming as a business, we have an ambitious plan to create a people centric culture. To support this vision, we are seeking someone to join our central project team, to support the implementation of designing our core competencies and career paths across all geographic locations. The role holder will work alongside an established project team, partnering with key stakeholders across the business to design a framework for understanding our core competencies and how we can identify our own career paths, through development needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to support the delivery of a strategic priority and add real value to our colleagues.
We're looking for someone who has a strong track record in HR / Learning and Development and who demonstrates a high level of commercial acumen and strategic thinking. Experience working with Korn Ferry and implementing Hay Methodology is advantageous. The role holder should be able to demonstrate working at pace across and managing stakeholders across the business. This is an FTC role for 12 months.
Responsibilities include:

Support the development of project plans to deliver on the implementation of competencies framework and Career Pathway.

Manage and maintain programme and project documentation, to enable accurate tracking and reporting. Capturing and escalating risks as they arise.

Ensuring all design, competency / assessment methodologies, learning frameworks and approaches are incorporated effectively into the end product.

Understanding the regulatory and conduct requirements of the business and integrate these into the solutions developed as and when appropriate.

Work in partnership with Lead Business Partner and wider project/HR team to deliver and implement competencies and career paths.

Engage stakeholders to support delivery of the project and embedding the tool.

Design and deliver training / coaching upon successful launch of the frameworks.

Through successful project planning, identify impact on internal processes and work with key stakeholders to manage any impacts.
Essential:

CIPD qualified
-
A strong track record of delivering complex HR/L&D programmes.

Thorough working knowledge of project management principles and challenges.

Strong business and commercial management capabilities.

Experience in the design & delivery of people initiatives.
Desirable:

Experience of implementing capability frameworks and career pathways
