Our client, a forward thinking, dynamic and professional Water Treatment Company are currently looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake monitoring and maintenance of building water services as part of a Legionella Control Program in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG 274
* Works to include: Showerhead cleaning and disinfection, temperature testing of water outlets, TMV servicing, inspection of cold-water storage tanks and hot water storage vessels, water sample collection, and calorifier inspections
* In addition, you will be required to carry out maintenance tasks will include plumbing repairs, alterations and installation works associated domestic hot & cold-water systems
Qualifications and Experience:
* Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative
* Previous experience in Water Hygiene / Legionella control industry
* Understanding of the ACoP L8 and HSG274
* Full UK drivers' licence.
* Plumbing qualification, C&G Level 2 or above
As this is a mobile position you will need to hold a full UK driving licence. In return you will receive competitive salary, van, fuel card and additional benefits
