The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of potentially fraudulent Domestic Property (Buildings, Contents & Personal Possessions) claims to conclusion whilst providing guidance & assistance on validation matters . Applicants must possess fraud claims handling experience, working knowledge of insurance databases and conversation management / cognitive interviewing experience.
