New Home Field Sales Manager

One of our clients is looking for a current New Home Sales Advisor/Executive who is looking to make the move to a Mon - Fri role and be responsible for more than one development.
Job Details:
* Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager
* Manage the day to day marketing and selling activities of development sites across Scotland
* Utilising market research, price bench-marking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil
* Providing an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations
* Ensuring administration tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Experience and skills required:
* Previous experience in the property industry is essential, specifically new homes
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Experience of handling customer feedback
* Ability to build strong working relationships
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
* Strong analytical skills and must be IT literate
* Full clean driving license
Hours:
* Mon - Fri
* Occasional weekend for launches
