Description
Core responsibilities:
* Develop and update internal procedures in both written and flow diagram format;
* Advise the business on process improvement;
* Auditing internal processes and controls and informing management of gaps and improvement actions;
* Standardise current processes across group;
* Assist in the development and deployment of an effective Integrated Management System;
* Manage a rolling schedule of supplier site audits, ensuring compliance to regulatory and internal standards;
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and risk management.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
* Knowledge of business processes/operations (desirable)
* Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (desirable)
* Degree in a business related subject (ideal)
* Experience in Audit/compliance (ideal)
* Strong planning, organisation and administration skills with the ability to self-manage, organise and prioritise workloads.
* Ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels of the organisation
* Strong relationship and networking skills, able to effectively influence a wide range of stakeholders
