Job description
Due to the nature of the role it is highly advised that you review the Candidate Information pack attached to this vacancy. See the candidate information pack for more detail. This role will design, develop and deliver training to NCA Officers and
external partners, in the Investigation, Intelligence or Cyber disciplines, to support the business needs. Key Responsibilities:
•Provide specialist advice and knowledge to colleagues and partners to support achievement of organisational objectives and enable compliance with organisational policy.
•Analyse patterns and trends, and monitor against set standards the quality of service
•Provision and LD&T products.
•Identify key learning objectives and training needs of specific groups and individuals.
•Plan, design and develop training products which satisfy identified learning needs.
•Design, manage and deliver prevention and awareness initiatives (as required).
•Deliver training and development products using appropriate methodology and materials and most cost effective and appropriate manner.
•Facilitate, coach and mentor groups and individuals.
•Determine and utilise assessment strategies to identified standards.
•Evaluate training, learning and development programmes.
•Develop and manage internal systems and processes to achieve and maintain corporate accreditation.
•Multiple posts are available based in London, Warrington or Crawley. All NCA officers must hold SC Enhanced upon entry as a minimum. You will be required to give evidence of the following criteria during the application process: Behaviour Criteria

•A sound knowledge of adult training especially in Investigation, Intelligence or Cyber disciplines.
•Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills •In depth knowledge of technical subject area and relevant legislation.
Qualifications
Essential criteria QCF Level 4 or above in Learning & Development or equivalent. The minimum acceptable level, for application purposes, of Learning and Development qualification is NVQ Level 3 or QCF L3. All applicants must state their qualification level on the application form and confirm a willingness to work towards level 4 or higher if currently qualified at level 3. Please note, availability to work towards a Level 4 or above will be subject to business requirement. Do you hold hold the Level 4 qualification, or the Level 3 with the willingness to work towards a level 4?
