We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward Coordinator to join our vibrant HR Shared Services office based at the Liverpool Echo office. The Reward Coordinator will support with the planning and delivery of our reward processes and projects. Whether its pay reviews, bonuses or any other reward processes, this role will work closely with the HR Administration, HR Systems & Reward teams, to ensure that all projects are launched and communicated effectively across the group.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning and delivery of annual Reward projects and processes
- Fully coordinating and undertaking Pay Review and
- Bonus administrative activities
- Generating and analysing reward data for the HR Leadership Team
- Producing and presenting reward data for senior business stakeholders
- Maintaining and managing Reward data held in HR Systems
- Providing advice to the business on reward policies and processes
- Supporting project progress meetings by communicating any risks or issues identified
- Contributing to project and process review meetings; helping drive continuous improvement
- Training the HR Services teams on Reward policies and procedures
- Supporting with National Minimum/Living wage increases, salary/benefits bench-marking and pension supplements
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a self-motivated and confident multi-tasker, who works well under pressure. This role requires attention to detail, so if you're all about the finishing touches, we want to hear from you. You'll need to be highly organised, as you will be juggling multiple projects and running multiple reports at once. An analytical mind is also important for this job; you'll need to gather complex data and translate it into layman's terms for your target audience, therefore it is essential that you are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
You'll need to be flexible and adaptable; a creative approach to problem solving and coming up with new ideas is essential to this role. You'll also have fantastic interpersonal skills, and will be able to communicate with ease to all levels of staff right across the business.
