About Us
Quinn Infrastructure is a principal contractor providing design, construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance services within the transport sector.
We are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee rail and railways infrastructure projects across London and the South of the UK.

Your Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be tasked with planning, delivering and closing a range of rail, underground and rail infrastructure projects across London.
Delivering projects to customer requirements, you will operate to agreed timescales, budgets and satisfaction levels and will place heavy focus on the commercial aspects of each project.
Specifically, your role will involve:
- Acquiring labour and overseeing material resources
- Co-ordinating the efforts of the Project Team and third-party contractors and consultants
- Ensuring all projects are delivered in accordance with the project plan
- Making sure that safe methods of work are paramount in all team members’ minds
- Overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring all projects adhere to our project management methodology
About You
To be considered as a Senior Project Manager, you will need:
- At least three years’ direct work experience in a project management capacity within Mechanical, Electrical and Facilities Management (FM)
- Project management experience with rail projects
- Experience of managing projects with a value up to £1M
- Knowledge of NEC Terms and Conditions
- The capability to read drawings and schematics
- A PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise instruction to a team
- Strong negotiating skills
- Excellent commercial awareness
Experience working with Network Rail/London Underground would be beneficial to your application. A Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent gained within an appropriate discipline would also be advantageous.
