Compliance Manager
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Manager to work for an innovative business in Cheshire to manage a team of 8 and deal with a varied workload of issues that arise and impact business including; providing legal advice, reviewing contracts and policies in line with legislation. The role will be based in Altrincham and offers a competitive salary with benefits.
Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Manager to join a business that is constantly evolving in Altrincham and offers an attractive salary package. The role will involve working closely with the Head of Legal in a challenging environment to deliver on varied legal and compliance matters that impact the business and oversee the Compliance Team.
About You
Applications will be considered from candidates with a strong legal background who have attained their LLB degree, worked in a fast paced, challenging environment and has the ability to adopt a commercially minded approach in deliver excellent results. For success in this role, you must have previous experience of managing a team, overseeing service delivery and monitoring performance.
Previous experience of work in a commercial environment is paramount to success in this job as you will need to be able to multi task and ensure delivery in a developing business. Prior knowledge of Commercial Law and Employment Law would also be advantageous.
