Assistant Building Surveyor - Ref: #5854
A rapidly expanding, well-established independent commercial building consultancy located in Leeds are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their highly skilled team.
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities able to work as both part of a team and individually.
As the successful Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be assisting senior team members with the full range of building surveying instructions on a variety of commercial properties, including retail, office and industrial.
The Role of The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will include;
* Technical due diligence and environmental due diligence
* Working within a dedicated commercial building surveying consultancy
* Taking projects from inception through to completion
The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have;
* BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
* Working towards or looking to start your APC
* Experience within the commercial property industry preferably
* Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
In Return, The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will receive;
* GBP22,000 - GBP32,000
