Here at SC Johnson Professional we have an exciting opportunity for a Production Planner - 3PM to join our team based in Denby. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and you will receive a competitive salary.

Our purpose is to invent new products and solutions that create efficiencies, reduce inventories, simplify training, and create a positive cleaning experience for users of our products and the spaces in which our products are used.
The Production Planner - 3PM role:
As Production Planner - 3PM you will be reporting into the Product Supply Manager. You will be responsible for planning capacity in Production for machinery, resource and components at third party manufacturing suppliers. You will be collecting and assessing data about the operation, the supplier's performance and drive improvements with the data. You will also be analysing customer requirements against plant capacity.
Key responsibilities of our Production Planner - 3PM:
- Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by
- Troubleshoot problems that occur during production, including staff shortages and machinery malfunctions
- Collect and assesses data about the operation, its team's performance and drives improvements with this data
- Prepare reports about planning/production processes for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency
- Provide cover for planning manager
- Progress new SKU set up within the planning function processes
- Monitor progress against the weekly production schedule
- Work as part of a cross functional project team
- Business competency in German is a strong preference
What we're looking for in our Production Planner - 3PM:
- Minimum 1-year Production Planning or supply chain experience
- Knowledge of International distribution networks and freight forwarding
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Good level of IT capability Including, but not limited to Microsoft Office {Word}
- Advanced user in Excel
- ERP experience - SAP, Oracle, SAGE etc
