The Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager is primarily responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining quality IT professionals, both contract and permanent, for the recruitment consultants to shortlist. Using the company database, LinkedIn, CV directories and advertising, you'll manage candidate relationships, market profiles, and enable the team to be as responsive and reactive as possible.
The Candidate
This role is key. We're on the lookout for a bright, organised and energetic person with a focused ambition to build a rewarding career, both professionally and financially. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be opportunistic, innovative and process driven, used to working with people and a confident communicator. You'll be expected to take ownership of the Talent Acquisition process so, a positive, action orientated attitude is essential. Recruitment experience is not necessary though might be beneficial
