My client, a successful maintenance giant are currently looking for a plumber multi to work on domestic and properties and carry out general maintenance works.
You will be required to complete various Carpentry to domestic properties throughout West london and surrounding area postcodes. You may also be required to carry out any remedial works, including patch plastering, basic tiling, basic carpentry so experience within the social housing sector is desirable.
Requirements:
- NVQ in Carpentry/Time Served
- Driving Licence
- Experience in social housing would be an advantage
- Experience in other trades would be an advantage
