Our client, a multi-disciplined consultancy founded over 15 years ago, is currently in the market for a qualified and motivated Sustainability Consultant to join their team in the historically royal town of Tunbridge Wells.
This role offers something typically different from most consultancies as you will be given the freedom of working in from the comfort of your own home 2 days' a week.
You, as an experienced sustainability consultant will already know the general duties of this type of role; just to highlight some of the specific duties of your new role:
* Involved in BREEAM assessments
* Complete SAP and SBEM Calculations
* Completing Thermal/daylight/sunlight calculations using IES-VE software
* Liaise with other members of the Technical team
As mentioned above, you, as the ideal candidate, will have experience in BREEAM, and IES-VE as well have 2-3 years' professional experience to be considered. However, there are additional requirements for this sustainability consultant role:
* Have experience with LCC/LCA
* Have a strong understanding of Building Regulations
* Have experience in Low-to-Zero Carbon Technology
* Be experienced in SAP and/or SBEM calculations
