Court of Protection Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our clients' Court of Protection team based in Cambridge.
This is a busy, demanding and varied role and you will be expected to manage your own case load whilst supporting more senior Case Handlers on the team.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out various research tasks, and preparation of legal documents within set guidelines and will need to be experienced in multi-tasking and keeping to tight deadlines. You will need to have excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills and be flexible and quick to respond to requests at short notice. You will work proactively within the team, but should also be confident to work independently.
Completion of Law degree and/or Legal Practice Course would be an advantage, however we would also welcome applicants who are well established Paralegals looking to further a new career.
