Stafffinders are looking for an experienced Hospitality & Catering Manager to work within an established event company in the Fife area. This position is being offered on a 3-month fixed contract but there is always opportunity it may extend.
You would be responsible for 2 area coordinators & responsible for managing catering services, bars, events and associated activities across relevant sites in the organisation & maximising income generation. A creative & ideas driven manager would be ideal in assisting the progression of the company. Due to the nature of the contract, as well as the demands of the business you would have to be experienced in managing staff including rotas, budgets & working towards outlined KPIs. Event management would be advantageous, especially in a catering environment. If you have excellent communication skills, good organisation skills & can multi-task, we need to hear from you.
You would need to have the relevant food production certificates as well as a BICs certificate. It would also be desirable to have a personal license & a diploma in food hygiene however this is by no means necessary. It goes without saying you must have up to date knowledge of health & safety, as well as food safety; certificates would be advantageous.
This is a multi-site role so a driving license would be desirable however for the right candidate it is not a necessity.
This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Stafffinders who are operating as an employment business
