An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Risk Management Officer to join one of Badenoch and Clark's most improved Local Government clients in a temporary role for the next three months.
Based in West London, this is a full time role for 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm) and the Risk Management Teams ensure the effective management of significant risks to successful tenancies including non-payment of rent and anti-social behaviour. Risk Management Officers will ensure that necessary and proportional enforcement action is taken when all reasonable and appropriate interventions and support measures have been exhausted.
Risk Management Officers are responsible for maximising the income stream from a range of occupation arrangements through an effective and supportive recovery process.
The model of risk management contributes to the strategic object of preventing homelessness and sustaining all forms of occupation arrangement. This involves 'doing the right thing at the right time' to enable residents to be appropriately supported at the earliest opportunity.
If you possess strong tenancy management (especially rent arrears) and sustainment experience, then please apply online as soon as possible. Please note, a car driver with their own vehicle is required for this role.
