Service Advisor - Automotive Dealership Group

We are a family owned business celebrating 57 years in business based in Ilkeston and Mansfield.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor for our busy award winning Toyota dealership in Ilkeston.
The ideal candidate will have previous motor trade experience in a customer facing role and be able to work well in a fast moving environment, ensuring accuracy at all times.
Exceptional customer handling skills are essential to maintain the excellent relationship we have with our customers.
You will be responsible for dealing with the whole customer experience, from handling incoming service enquiries and booking appointments through to dealing with the customer at vehicle drop off and collection after work has been completed on the vehicle.
You will have experience on working an automotive dealer management system to create customer bookings and invoices etc.
This role is Monday - Friday with alternating Saturday mornings.
+ 8.00am - 5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break
+ 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
+ Company Pension Scheme
+ Commission payable on sale of add on products
