One of the leading law firms based are looking for a chief financial officer to manage and drive its business strategy from their Warrington office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented CFO to contribute to a prominent business within its sector at a crucial stage of its development.
The business has increased turnover by almost 30% over the past 12 months and this success has created the need for an experienced FD to effectively advice its progress into future markets.
Role:
* Developing and mentoring your team and supporting colleagues across the organisation
* Ensuring compliance is met with management agreements and effectively maintaining relationship with all key internal and external stakeholders
* Act as the key contact concerning the transmission of any financial or miscellaneous information required for Group quarterly financial statements and other external reporting requirements for UK/Ireland companies
* Take a lead role in strategic planning for short, medium and long-term business goals
Candidate:
* You will need to understand the requirements of working in a large corporate business
* Minimum 10 years post qualification experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
* You will need to be commercial, and be able to add value and guide the other Directors and senior managers
