Part-time Admin Assistant, Projects and Finance Department
3 days 9-5:30pm, 12 month FTC
GBP23,000 (pro rata - GBP13,800 per annum)

I am excited to be in search for a part-time admin assistant to support the Projects & Partnerships function and the Finance function for a growing charity organisation.
We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail, can organise their time and workflow. Excellent IT skills and experience of databases and CRM systems (Sage preferably). Good people and communication skills with experience of reception duties and strong numeracy skills.
Duties:
For Head of Projects & Partnerships
* Booking travel and accommodation
* Compiling expenses
* Diary management
* Assisting with project administration
* Data entry and data cleaning for CRM system
* Assisting with general office administration (working with the Admin Assistant for Research)
* Providing reception cover for lunches and holidays
For Finance
* Scanning of invoices
* Filing
The ideal candidate will prove strong IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel - ideally experience of Sage CRM system, communication skills - being able to deal with a wide range of stakeholders, strong written communication and good numeracy skills. You will also have good time management, able to multi-task and prioritise and have excellent attention to detail.
