A leading membership organisation and regulatory body (within the medical field) in the heart of London's City are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage the delivery of e-learning development projects.
The Senior Project Manager will hold responsibility for the defining, developing and delivery of online resources and will include liaison with the organisation's technical partners.
This is a fixed term contract until 31st March 2020, working 35 hours per week and paying GBP35,000 to 39,000 pro rata plus excellent benefits
Core duties of the Senior Project Manager:
" Take overall responsibility for the delivery of a project or projects
" Fully participate as a member of the programme management team
" Lead and deliver project workshops and events
" Responsible for tracking project income and expenditure
" Responsible for monitoring and evaluation procedures suitable for a range of internal and external stakeholders
" Work with the Programme Manager to ensure effective management of project budgets, with full compliance to processes and procedures
" Responsible for identifying potential variances of expenditure versus budget, and recommend appropriate adjustments
" Take responsibility for the preparation of periodic reports, case studies, evaluation reports and all other documentation associated with the programme/project
" Assisting with the promotion of e-learning projects internally and externally and may include attendance at workshops and conferences (in line with organisational needs)
" Line management of one team member
This role is a key project management role within a small team. It requires experience of planning, tracking and communication as it relates to the delivery of projects working within a closely defined budget, scope and timeframe. It requires excellent communication skills and a suitable qualification at graduate level and/or relevant post-qualification experience.
