A well known Education Provider based in Ealing is looking to recruit a HR Advisor. The role will be starting on a Temp to Perm basis so must be available immediately. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be working in a small but agile team, dedicated to supporting Associates and Managers in performing their roles to the best of their ability.
This role will be responsible and accountable for delivering a comprehensive HR service, including but not limited to, recruitment; providing advice and support to managers and team members; developing and implementing company HR policies and procedures, developing, implementing and fully supporting organisational change initiatives and strategies and providing legal advice on employment matters.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in a similar HR generalist role.
* Someone who is an excellent communicator, has a natural caring persona, is solution focused and who is not afraid to bring creative ideas to the table
* The successful candidates must have fantastic attention to detail, be tenacious with a responsive, can-do attitude and a fresh engaging approach.
* We are looking for a vital and vibrant team player who wants to do great work.
* Applicants must be educated to degree level who is CIPD qualified to level 5.
