About Us
Premier Care Plymouth provides a range of high-quality care services to help individuals lead fulfilled lives. We support individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, sensory loss and mental health issues.
We are now looking for a female Community Support Worker to join us in Plymouth and support an autistic woman with complex needs.

The Role
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll support a woman with her day-to-day tasks in her own home and out in the community.
The woman you’ll support enjoys visits from her family, going to the disco, using her iPad, arts and crafts, shopping, walks, gardening and redesigning clothes (to name a few).
She’s looking for a patient Community Support Worker with a good sense of humour who can remain calm during times when she becomes anxious and enable her to achieve her daily goals.
About You
To join us as a Care Support Worker, you’ll need:
- Experience of supporting someone with autism and complex needs
- A full, valid driving licence (as you’ll be required to drive the service user’s vehicle)
- A positive attitude
- Great communication skills
- The desire to learn and grow
