This is largely a customer facing role working with clients using the latest technology and case management software. You will have a strong service led ethos, a friendly manner and truly enjoy engaging with prospective and existing clients.
What will be expected from you as the new RTA Fee Earner?
Taking calls from Claimants
Assessing prospects and advising accordingly and continuing this advice throughout the lifespan of the claim
Thorough investigations and risk assessments of new claims
Submission of CNF to the portal
Conducting cases through stages 1 and 3 of Ministry of Justice Portal
Collecting supporting documentation for claims
Negotiation quantum
Bringing a good level of negotiation skill to the process
