Are you an experienced Security Service Engineer?
Do you have at least 6 months experience in a previous Security Service Engineer role?
Are you available to work flexible hours and cover a geographical area on call to provide 24hr emergency cover?
Are you able to work within the Doncaster Lincoln area?
We are looking for a Security Service Engineer to join a leading specialist security company to carry out planned maintenance of Security Intruder Systems. The successful individual will provide installation and maintenance whilst delivering a high standard of customer service.
This is a permanent role paying from GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 + Bonus scheme + range of benefits including 20 days holiday, on call allowance, company vehicle, excellent pension scheme, statutory sick pay, full uniform and toolkit.
The specific responsibilities of the role include:
Alarm installation servicing to new and existing customers covering designated geographical area
Undertake surveys and quotations
Adhere to health and safety guidelines
Maintain excellent client relationships
Reporting deviations to manager
Complete engineer work reports and submit accordingly
24hr emergency cover (on a rota basis)
In order to carry out this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
Excellent customer service skills
Full driving licence
Proficient in objection handling
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
No sight deficiency
Electrical knowledge and proven background
6 months experience of a security systems based role
Preferable knowledge of intruder alarm standards
