The opportunity has become available for a Human Resource Support Advisor to join a growing HR function team for one of the UK's leading Facilities Management organisations. This is the ideal opportunity for a keen HR administrator to learn and develop their skill-sets and gain exposure of HR functions within a large, reputable company whilst working cohesively to deliver customer service excellence.

Main Duties

* Manage inbound calls and emails from managers and employees.

* Provide guidance to employees on HR process and systems.

* Log and prioritise HR cases into the case management system to ensure the correct level of support is given in a timely manner.

* Build and maintain effective working relationships with wider HR colleagues and teams.

Person Specification

* Previous experience within a call handling role, desirably within a HR environment.

* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Excel package.

* Strong customer service focus with good listening skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks within a busy working environment.
