The opportunity has become available for a Human Resource Administrator to join a growing HR team for one of the UK's leading Facilities Management organisations. This is the ideal opportunity for a keen administrator to learn and develop their skill-sets and gain exposure of HR functions within a large, reputable company. Work cohesively as part of a wider HR team to deliver customer service excellence throughout the full employment cycle.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract with opportunities to move into a permanent position.

Main Duties

* Carry out a range of HR-related administrative tasks, assisting throughout the full employment cycle.

* Assist with recruitment matters, new starter documentation, on boarding and internal changes.

* Maintain and input data onto the SAP HR database, ensuring accuracy throughout.

* Build and maintain a strong working relationship with other HR teams.

Person Specification

* Previous experience within an administrative role (HR or finance desirably)

* Experience working within a large team.

* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Excel package.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks within a busy working environment.
