Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency
Absolute is operating as a recruitment agency for the supply of permanent opportunities. Our City centre based estate agency client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join them on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities:
* To build your area, so that you are the local specialist and know all the property trends in the area and what buyers are looking for
* To bring houses to the market, at the correct price and to sell them quickly and efficiently
* To build business, promoting your own name and the agency brand within the local community
* To deal with the full property sales cycle, from appraisal to completion, offering a personal estate agency service to your clients
