We require an experienced Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable clerk who is used to dealing with high volume invoices, has excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a busy team. If you like to be kept busy and a fast paced environment then contact us now. This is a maternity cover position.


•Processing high volume purchase invoices

•Reconciliation of all supplier statements

•Resolving all queries and enquiries

•Preparation of payment runs

•Updating and maintaining in-house computerised system

Experience Required:

•Previous knowledge of working within a busy purchase ledger department is a must for this role

•Strong communication skills as you will be dealing with both internal and external parties, ability to build strong relationships

•Excellent Excel skills (V-lookups/Pivots)

•Working to tight deadlines

•Strong attention to detail

This is a maternity cover position and will last for 12 months

We would be keen to hear from people who have worked within a purchase ledger or accounts payable role previously. Someone who has excellent Excel skills and the ability to do pivot tables and v-lookups. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and deal with a fast paced environment.

Salary: GBP18-21,000

Hours: 8.45am - 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)
