To allow for the introduction of new and exciting automotive technology across our range of motorcycles, the Electrical department is expanding and is looking to bring in talented, passionate and driven engineers, to support our future model development.
As an Electrical Distribution Systems engineer, within the wider Electrical team, the candidate will be involved in full vehicle electrical system development from high level scheming down to individual component development, working closely with Tier 1 suppliers to specify components to a high standard and drive forward the next generation of motorcycles.
You'll have BEng or MEng in Electrical / Electronic engineering or have an HND level qualification and proven relevant experience. Its essential that you have a high level of awareness of automotive electrical architectures and the latest technological developments (within the public domain) as well as excellent trouble shooting skills. Ideally you will be proficient in EDS design using VeSys (or similar) and Knowledge of CAN communication and familiarity with tools such as CANalyser / CANoe (or similar) would be an advantage.
