Location: covering Weymouth, Bournemouth, Portsmouth
Hours: 42.5 hrs/wk, Mon-Fri
Salary: GBP30,564-GBP33,547 (doe) per annum, pro rata + company benefits
Term: 6-month f/t
Are you a qualified Electrician looking for flexibility in your schedule and the chance to work for an organisation who aim to honour and empower the people they serve?
My client is a local housing association who provide a diverse range of housing, support and learning services for socially excluded people. Working along the beautiful Dorset coast, you will be helping to improve the homes and lives of some of the most in need members of your community.
This will be a varied position, undertaking day to day electrical repairs and fault diagnosis in occupied or void properties, including but not limited to; electrical heating systems; shower repair and replacement; smoke detectors both stand alone and communal; repairs to any domestic installation; emergency Lighting; compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and company policies at all times; and PET and PAT testing and repair and installation of electrical services in residents' homes. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card.
