Calibre Search is currently looking to recruit an Intermediate level project manager to join a very prestigious construction consultancy in Central Manchester.
After their continued growth and success within the commercial market, they now seek a confident and ambitious Project Manager to aid in their workload to assist and even lead on some of their upcoming projects across the North West.
You will be reporting directly to the Senior PM and be part of a vibrant PM team managing a mixture of projects from inception all the way through to completion. Such workload includes refurbishment works on the University of Manchester to assisting and even being bale to lead on mixed-use commercial development schemes across Manchester and other major Cities across the UK.
Previous experience within a development or consultancy environment would be preferred due to demands of the role at hand with a sound of knowledge of contract administration. They are also open to building surveyors who would be keen apply their project skills into a more project management role.

Duties:
* Assisting and leading on the day to day delivery of projects and in time, become confident in leading projects
* Assisting other team members within the project management and QS teams
* Undertake contact administration and dealing with Tenders
* Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
* Assist in the management of consultant teams
* Assist in the management of consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract
* Liaise with the client on deviations from specification, budget etc
* Conduct meetings and show strong communication and client facing skills
* Ensure that all CDM regulations have been followed throughout the delivery of project
* Manage logistics and resource allocation to ensure delivery of project to a high standard
