The Inside Sales Executive Role:

Our Inside Sales team is at the heart of our ambitious growth plans. The primary objectives for the role are to drive qualified sales opportunities and pipeline growth, and help us succeed as a team. We measure success on a specific number of qualified sales opportunities (QSO's) and individual contribution to regional pipeline growth.

Inside Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

+ Achieve a quarterly quota of qualified sales opportunities (QSOs) through targeting the right decision-makers at the right accounts
+ Contribute to overall annual opportunity pipeline growth in line with the region's revenue goal, achieving a 3 X pipeline coverage against target
+ Work closely with Field Sales to develop and conduct proactive outbound calling campaigns to penetrate key accounts within the UK
+ Research accounts, identify key contacts, generate interest and successfully articulate our value proposition to develop qualified sales opportunities
+ Follow-up and prioritise inbound marketing generated leads. Assess the prospect's requirements, explain our solutions, qualify and schedule discovery calls for the field sales organisation
+ Collaborate with marketing and field sales to launch "land and expand" efforts to assist in increasing our footprint within existing accounts
+ Manage and nurture a long-term lead prospecting pipeline, and maintain accurate information about prospects
+ Work with partners to generate co-selling opportunities
+ Keep up with industry trends and best practices, including the utilisation of new technologies, social selling and online prospecting resources
+ Utilise Salesforce.com CRM system to accurately record activities, route leads, and coordinate the MQL - SQL - QSO management process

Inside Sales Executive Requirements and Qualifications:

+ Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a successful Inside Sales / Business Development representative in a B2B enterprise software/reseller environment
+ Self-motivated with a proven track record in achieving measurable lead development goals
+ High level of activity, both by phone and email
+ Driven to reach personal and team assigned opportunity and pipeline quota
+ Experience in developing and influencing key decision-makers and influencers
+ Ability to map offerings against customer needs and to identify new opportunities within allocated territory and target accounts
+ Ability to understand and convey complex business issues and technical concepts as they relate to the Office of Finance
+ Excellent social selling skills (Linkedin Sales Navigator a plus)
+ Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting strategies
+ Positive and energetic, with excellent listening skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Experienced in using Salesforce
