Job Title : Production Shift Manager
Location : Greenford
Salary: GBP30,000.00 to GBP35,000.00 /year
Working hours are primarily days, Sunday to Thursday, however some flexibility is required.

They are currently seeking a Production Shift Manager to join our fun and hardworking team.
They are looking for someone with strong people management skills and experience in manufacturing.
The main duties will include:
Managing the flow of production and packing on your shift(s)
Seeking ways to improve ways of working and implementing changes
Leading and motivating your team
Training and developing your team
Responsibility for quality, food safety and health and safety
Maintaining an excellent level of communication with the management team
Successful candidates must have
Experience of food manufacturing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A passion for excellence
A positive and hardworking attitude
Experience of leading a successful team
Experience of process improvements - identifying and implementing changes
Good IT skills
