Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum

Mecmesin are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic degree qualified, or equivalent, Software Engineer with a genuine passion for designing, developing and delivering quality software for real time systems. The ideal candidate will have a flair in designing user interface based software development with emphasis on user experience design. 

The post holder will be reporting to our Software Development Manager to develop and maintain a suite of software. It would be beneficial for the candidate to have 1-2 years experience of programming using C#, and .NET using Visual Studio. 

It is essential that applicants;

  • Are able to use version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
  • A good communicator.
  • Have an understanding/appreciation of configuration management.
  • Have an understanding of the full software development life cycle. 
  • Interested in UI and UX design.

If you have the following skill sets, it would also be beneficial to your application:

  • WPF and MVVM
  • SQL Server, SQLite and Amazon AWS.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS and Express.
