Temp to Perm Part-Time Bookkeeper
Rugby
Our client is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join their small accounts team. This role will report to the Finance Director. Hours are flexible, minimum 10 hours per week, but could be 20, 30 hours dependant on individual requirements.
Duties
* Reconciling purchase and sales ledger
* Processing accounts to month-end
* Processing accounts on Pegasus Opera (training given)
* Working within a small accounting team
* Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
* Dealing with invoicing discrepancies and charges
* Monitoring outstanding accounts
* Liaison with external accountants
* Supplier liaison
* Any other related duties
Salary - GBP12.00 - GBP15.00 per hour
