Business Development Officer
Hereford
GBP salary negotiable based on experience + commission
We currently have a great opportunity for a Business Development Officer to join our team in Hereford.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in Telesales, Lead Generation, Business Development or Recruitment. You will have a confident, polite & relaxed phone manner and will be comfortable speaking to clients at Director level. Your time will be divided between approaching clients from the office and going out to meet them whenever possible.
As well as this, you will be proactively researching appropriate clients to approach, co-ordinating with consultants and updating our existing database.
Your success will be measured on the number of meetings you can arrange for the Consultants on your team.
