Dynamics NAV Systems Accountant - Essex - GBP30,000pa

This UK Supplier is recognised for leading a range of industries, including; wholesale, retail, cash & carry and direct delivery. They have over 10 years' experience with supplying a wide variety of commercial and non-commercial brands to various markets in the UK and worldwide. Due to ongoing expansion, the business have an exciting new vacancy available for a Dynamics NAV Systems Accountant.

You can expect to join a focussed and comprehensive accounting environment, within a company that has been consistently expanding for years. The role will allow you to develop your accounting and purchase ledger skills, as well as becoming a true Dynamics NAV specialist for a company with significant reputation in their industry.

Responsibilities include???

• Being the Super User for Dynamics NAV (Navision) First point of contact for enquiries, training, system improvements
• Matching, checking and coding invoices (GRN /Delivery note /PO)
• Working out VAT payments
• Making payments via BACS and cheques
• Processing staff expenses
• Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Keeping Track of Retro Discounts using Dynamics Nav and Excel

You should have???

• Super user experience with Dynamics NAV - Must understand the core functionality of the system
• Demonstrable experience of bookkeeping
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Knowledge of software packages such as SAGE and BACS would be beneficial
