With our main office in the heart of vibrant Portobello market and a 24/7 Reception Desk for all our guest in Earls Court, you will be working in fast paced and vibrant role!We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support City Relay's plans for business growth and expansion through building a genuine pipeline of prospective clients, working in accordance with our company procedures, talking to prospects and managing our CRM data.Your main functions will be to develop City Relay property portfolio and assist the Business Development Manager in the day to day activities of the department. The below examples constitute a selection of such activities, however, it is not exhaustive:Ensure the growth and success of a varied portfolio of City Relay properties by building awareness of City Relay in the industry by contacting existing and new clients.Present our offers to potential clients giving them all relevant information, promoting our competitive advantage and be ready to respond to any questions.Assist in the conversion of our inbound leads, understanding the ins and outs of our service, keeping the responsiveness at impressively high levels.Review existing automated email templates and assist in creating new ones.Attend and assist client acquisition meetings and follow up post-meeting.Assist in managing the logistics of contracts with new clients.Partner with City Relay marketing and yield management team to align on client needs, use cases and success stories.Assist with the management of our existing clients by responding to their queries.Drive outstanding rates of renewal, expansion and advocacy in City Relay's corporate client base.Assist in the implementation of our new B2B sales approach by building relations with real estate agencies. 2+ years of work experience within Sales and Business DevelopmentGraduated with a BSc or MSc degree or equivalentConfident, with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Professional and able to build relationsStrong negotiating skills; ability to influence and persuade othersOrganised, able to plan and be methodical - proactive when necessaryResilient and calm under pressureAttention to detail
