The Country Experience Director holds an instrumental role to Selina's success by creating concepts? for new locations and managing the overall experience ?for every location based on local trends, needs and unique local elements. The Experience Director will lead the strategy from the early stages of property evaluation to managing quality control and constant improvements for each location's experience.? Strategy [1-5%] Work with Market Research to define the Selina Country Road Map and Real Estate deals evaluation [5%] Creation of Experience Board at country and unit level and keep bringing ideas for new up & coming locations in the country Concepts [5-2%] Own the concept creation for every new location in the country. Ongoing concept support to locations. Programming [3-6%] Own country-level programming and support all Experience Managers with unit-level programming [45%] Own Brand Index at the country Culture & Experience [5-15%] Blueprint activation and ongoing initiatives, measurement and action plans. Management [5-15%] Actively collaborate with General Managers in the hiring of all locations' Experience Managers Onboard, train and mentor all locations' Experience Managers through their dotted line reporting. Manage relations with Experience Board Partnerships [5-1%] Country-level Content, Programming, Music Partnerships. We are searching for a superstar, who thinks out-of-the-box, creative and is passionate about content creation and programming. ?Our ideal candidate is a local expert in content, project management and someone with a robust network from the local entertainment, productions, art and gastronomy worlds. Experience in managing teams or groups of people within large organizations (Min. 4-5 Years). Background or exposure to PR, Branding or Marketing fields. Experience within the field of hospitality or other lifestyle products. Experience with multi-project management. Experience with event production, retail, design, festivals is an advantage. Must be a local of the country of application (Min. 1 Years of living in country). Strong communications skills. Robust social and professional network in the country of application. Must speak English and the local language of the country of application.
