Foundation Recruitment is working with a leading specialist in property management to appoint an Operations Manager at a key Shopping Centre in Halifax. This business is one of the Top 10 UK managing agents and has a fantastic reputation in the market.

You will be an integral part of the centre, working closely with the Centre Manager and stepping up in their absence. The successful candidate will report into the Centre Manager and be accountable for the operational excellence of the scheme. You will need to have a strong, customer-focused background in facilities or operations, and be confident in managing the team to deliver and maintain high standards across the centre.

Core Duties:

* You will be responsible for the management and compliance of both onsite and outsourced contract staff, ensuring high and efficient standards of service and KPI/SLA compliance.

* You will conduct walk-around inspections and thorough auditing to ensure that the centre is kept to a high standard

* You work closely with the Centre Manager, assisting them in the implementation of the centre's strategy and assuming the role of Centre Manager in their absence.

* You will be the first point of call for all tenant enquiries

Skills and Experience Required:

* Customer-focused within a Facilities Management capacity

* Stakeholder engagement both internally and externally

* Experience in completing audits

* Management within a large building complex

* Front of house staff management
