We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our PropertyPlus Repairs team to deliver an efficient responsive repairs, maintenance and refurbishment service which is completed to the desired standards set by tradesmen and required by our clients.

The successful candidate must demonstrate practical skills in building repair, maintenance and refurbishment to domestic properties, particularly in social housing. It's essential that you also have experience of three core multi-trade standards; i.e. plumbing, carpentry, wet trade (brick work, plastering, groundworks, drainage).

You will attend and participate in training in Health and Safety provided by Two Rivers and have the ability to challenge and report unsafe working practices. It’s also important that you can deal sensitively with a wide variety of customers and provide an individual service.

Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required.
