Five By Five is a Launch Marketing agency – which simply means we help brands launch and re-launch more successfully than the business-as-usual approach traditionally taken. We understand that launches are more challenging projects that require a more aligned, more focused process, because, sadly 61% of launches fail in the first two years!

We’re an independent agency with a huge ambition (one that is made credible by the fact that the people who run the agency, own it too) to become the UK’s No.1 Independent Agency.

We may dream big, but we are not a bunch of dreamers. We already have the business set up and structure needed for success. We’ve built a new and exciting agency around Launch Marketing, defining it as a sector in its own right. What’s more, it’s paying off. Our ‘Launch Loud and Clear’ proposition is more than a soundbite: it’s a proven process that’s appealing to clients who want a more thorough approach that delivers tangible results. We have our own, patented IP client management platform that is the envy of many network agencies. It’s the backbone of the agency’s Launch Marketing system, and we find this really helps open boardroom doors, and build strong relationships with external partners.

In the last year we have also founded the Launch Marketing Council in Australia, U.K. and U.S., attracting High Net Worth members from blue chip companies including the likes of GSK, Unilever, Diageo, Dominoes Pizza, Bacardi, and National Trust. So we are starting to get a lot of attention from the marketing media, and from potential clients who are asking all the right questions – ‘How do I launch successfully?’ 

With offices in LA, Sydney and London we are still enviously centred in Southampton - which may disappoint anyone who is still naïve to the real power of being an authentic agency outside the London bubble. We’re really excited to invite self-motivated and passionate marketers like you to join us!

About You:

The Producer team are the ones who make things happen. Thriving on execution and process, from project initiation through to completion. Producers are fearless when it comes to detail, and can work comfortably across all media. 

What we're looking for is passion for advertising, a desire to learn and the ability to adapt and remain calm when the heat is on.

You'll have people skills that will enable you to build relationships with clients so that you understand them, what they want, need and expect. You ensure their projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards, all whilst keeping track of our budgets.

Your attention to detail is second to none, you're the one that picks up mistakes in articles and on posters and wonders why no one stopped it getting through.

You’ve got experience in a customer facing role, or even better, an agency. Now you're probably looking for your next step in the world of marketing, project management or account management - our Producers are a blend of all three so the future possibilities are endless, if you're willing to put the work in.
