Teaching Assistant
Pay Grade 15 – point 9-13 £16,755 to £17,391 pa pro rata
St Vigor and St John Church School are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant as soon as possible to work 24.78 hours a week, over 5 days, term time only.
This is a permanent appointment.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and caring person to support the class teacher in delivering an excellent education to a class of KS2 children. Applicants must have experience of working with children and ideally delivering a range of interventions with small groups and individuals. As part of the class team, the applicant will sometimes be required to support the social and emotional needs of a particular child. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is desirable.
